Super croping techniques and strategy

I thought I might go over some super cropping techniques. Please remember certain strains respond differently. I will be using a Perma frost as my example plant. I didn't have a perm for the first example so I used a store bought Thin mint cut (2pics). Water bottle is for height comparison. First thing you need is a zip tie and a plant stake for the branches that occasionally break. I like to clean the lowers 1/3 off before I begin.
. This can cause stress. Give her a couple days. After you have completed this the plant will heal the bend and all the remaining shoots will begin to become a top. I continue the process on the main stem maintaining a equal canopy. The next piture will show the main stock after its healed (2wks later).

Now I am going to take a side branch (2nd top) and repeat the process.

I repeat the process throughout the veg stage every couple 4-5days a new bend. I personally veg for 45-55 days. Removing lowers once every 2-3 weeks. Now lets get to the results. The first set of pics are the main cola and the other 8-10 tops that were created.

Here is some photos of the rest of her.

Please ask if you have any questions. I hope this is helpful. Please remember every grower is different and don't be afraid to try different things. Guestimated yield 12-14oz

From someone who didn't/doesn't understand supercropping (never really researched it)
I can safely say that I still don't really get it. There are lots of pictures, which is good in a tutorial, but this is vague and sort of unclear. Bend where? Bend how? How does this work exactly as far as the bending goes?

Just feel like as a guide, it's semi-ineffective. I'd like more information then this before i'd ever want to try it.
I don't see what the technique is.

I train with stakes. It is the same idea as scrog minus the screen. Super cropping is the same idea minus the stakes.
