I have always been taught (vis frenchie videos etc.) And seen from my own experience that the 25 bag is pretty much edibles. As far as where your best stuff falls above that, there are many factors that can contribute to that. If you watch some of the recent build a soil video. Thwy talk about saponins apparently having an effect on the trichrome head and causing the hash to collect mainly in the 160 bag. But ime 25 bag is for broken heads and such.

I always get better stuff from the 73 and even a 120 than the 25. Since I got a rosin press and started pressing my bubble, I decided that I don't need so many different grades, and since it will be filtered again when I press it for rosin, I just filtered all the bubble with just one bag -- 25 microns. It turned out surprisingly good.

My assumption is simply smaller the micron the purer the hash. Filtering out particulates would create a more pure product.

But if that logic is incorrect then hey not the 1st time I would be wrong.

Ya nah. 25 is food grade. Use for either pressing or edibles. Your full melt is 73
Good hash in the 90 and 120. Depends on your ripeness etc. I always run the water through the 25 at the end. Clogs up the run too fast of running with other bags
