Here are some signs to look for on when to harvest.

- Pistels, or the white hairs will turn bronze. When there are no more new white hairs, and the bronze have curled back means it is ripe and has stopped growing.
- Your fan leaves, those big ones below the bud, most if not all should be dead or dying.
- If you have a powerful magnifying glass, like the ones they use in watch repair, grab it and take a look at the white frosting. They turn from clear to white cloudy to brown. Aim for when you don't see any clear ones. This usually happens when you start spotting brown ones. That's why most people say to harvest when you see about 10-15% brown tricomes. That's what the frosting is called by the way.
- There is a stage were the bud will swell a noticeable amount. Always harvest after this stage.

Don't harvest early or late, harvest when it's just the right amount of ripe and you will get the full effect of your strain.

If anyone else know other indicators of when to harvest please help out.

Also, remember that this is not a precise science and it varies from one strain to another. If your keen to know when just the right amount of ripe is, then I suggest you do a comparison check with clones from on plant. Then again, next time you grow a different strain, it will all be different again.

So, trust the force pado-one. Don't just chop, think first and the best way to think is when your high

Cheers
