SUp Washington STATE! Moving from AZ to WA soon:P

Hey there....i am a med patient in Az and i have always wanted to live in Rainy WAsh state.

My wife can transfer to another office in Portland so i wanted to live in Vancouver because wash pot laws are better etc. Are Seattle or that area... still not 100%

What do you guys all think about your state? Would you move from Az to WASH? is the weed as good as they all say?

yes man. its some of the best stuff in the world. I been to Amsterdam, and mendo country. the stuff in seattle is exactly on par with those. Super Fire!!! The seattle area is awesome for buds and cannabis laws, however, a bunch of assholes, mainly the DA from eastern Washington, has a campaign against medical marijuana. (he gets lobby money from fuking alcohol.)

portland is supposed to have really good laws too...probably better then Vancouver. donno where you heard that from (maybe im wrong...). maybe check up more?

Well Washington allows 15 plants and Oregons only 7 or something.......thats more of what i meant.

I just moved to this state a month ago and became a patient recently. It's been absolutely wonderful. However I couldn't compare it to anything considering this is my first time in a state that allowed this. But I'm in heaven..straight up!

the only people i have known get in trouble here were people who really abused the law, selling weight like idiots... i have had the cops walk through my garden about 5 times different , then walk right out. I keep my medical authorization on the door like im supposed to. and as well as a letter from my lawyer. i always keep 15. no more.

i recently tried wax. its worth it price. i recommend trying it.

I live in Washington state, moved away from a sunny, hot environment (Florida). I've been here for 4 years. I love it and I hate it but ultimately I'm not sure if I will ever move away from here. There are a lot of drawbacks and a lot of places better than here to live. That being said there are many advantages here too and I believe they outweigh the advantages.

I was raised out in AZ and made the move to Oregon a few years back. The Portland area is ok. If your gonna be doing anything major be sure to stay IN Portland and IN multnomah county. If you go to the burbs like Beaverton, West linn, or Aloha, or Hillsboro( anything in Washington county for that matter)......cops will fuck with you. I've had the opportunity to flash my card a few times and in Portland proper, it's all good. Standard price for nugs is about 180-220. Great grow shops. You gotta check out American Agriculture! They even ship most stuff online for free.......and no i don't receive any incentives
24 plants per patient; 6 "mature" meaning over 1 ft tall/wide and 18 "immature" meaning clone sized plants. You can grow for 4 people total at any one residence......96 total plants; 24 "mature", 72 "immature". There is an official registry system similar to the system in AZ.

As for myself, I live in right across the border in WA.....simply because of the 15 plant rule. Every patient has the right to grow 15 plants regardless of size (no restrictive mature/immature guidelines). Three patient limit per household meaning a max of 45 plants at any one residence. This small detail means HUGE differences in the ways gardens can operate when comparing Oregon and Washington. Also, there is no official registry system which allows ALOT of freedom when working with multiple patients. The mmj scene in southern WA isn't as profound as it is in the Seattle area but there are still some decent providers....ahem....such as myself

I recommend getting a spot in Vancouver or somewhere in the vicinity. Get your WA mmj authorization and go grow crazy. Go to OR and get your OR mmj card using your WA address( yes Oregon DOES recognize out of state applicants). You will have to find a trustworthy Oregonian to grow your meds for you but it will DEFINITELY help supplement your medicine supply while you maintain your own grow in WA. Essentially, you will have 2 grows operating at once in two states and be completely protected. Just make sure not to put yourself in a situation where you may have to explain traveling between the two states with medicine......that is the only legal gray area.

Hey brotha I use to live in Riverside Ca till I was about 13 then we moved up to WA. My grandparents lived in Phoenix AZ and had a place in Flagstaff, “Snow Birds” and we use to go over there every summer! Had the best fucking times of my young life in AZ. But I of course didn’t smoke weed and I was a kid! I have traveled all over the US and also went to a bunch of foreign countries while I was in the Navy, and in the end I came back to WA! That was before I got my MMJ card! It is a great state!

Now for the warnings. There are a lot of fat chicks up here but you are married so that isn’t a problem! LOL It is true is rains a lot up here! But the people don’t let it slow them down at all. Not much snow we are lucky on the West side to get snow two times a year and it doesn’t stick.

MMJ laws….. we do have one of the best in terms of plant limit and police attitude toward it. And you will only get busted like someone else said if you are trying to move some weight! We are allowed 15 plants in any stage of flower or veg and if you are a provider you are allowed 30! I have never had any interaction with the law and I would like to keep it that way! But I always stay within my limit just in case. If you don’t break the law you will be fine! Now donating it to co-ops up here they will rape you on prices but if you are looking to just grow for you and your girl and move a lil as long as you keep your donation rate comparable to your quality you will be fine!

I moved from Tucson to here 8 years ago. Everything is much more expensive here. But I definitely love it. Great weed here compared to Az, but it does come at a price. No more 60 dollar ounces of Mexican schwag....lol. Good luck ....and welcome to Washington.
