SUN PULSE bulbs

Hey guys so I am using a 400W 3K sun Pulse bulb with a 400W lumatek ballast. I am currently running it at 250W super lumens. I know these pulse start halides, don't get quite as red as HPS. They look closer to full spectrum. How does running the bulb dimmed change the K temp. Also I have read that people like these bulbs because they burn cooler which I can attest to but they also said that they had thicker nugs. can anybody confirm this? Thanks

i just ran the sunpulses for my last grow.. started with the 6k 250 for veg and switched to the 3k 400 for flowering. nugs were nice and dense, and resin production was out of this world.. i'm digging them for sure...
the also say on their site to use the 10k bulbs for the last 2 weeks of flower but i didn't have the extra cash for a bulb that i'd only use two weeks out of every grow, and still liked my results...

Did you see a difference between hps and sun pulse? Everybody says that hps mimics the late summer sun but fact is that the sun never really changes color. The angle is different but the sun is burning at the same spectrum all year around so it should theoretically work better than hps.

my main reasoning for going with them over hps was that i was told that mh have light in the uv spectrum that is not present in the hps bulbs, and we all know that uv light is better for tricome production...
i was very happy overall with my tric output on this grow, but i ran all new strains, so it's not very scientific of me..
