summer outdoor veg to indoor flower ?

hello,
due to summer heat, i dont run my small my cabinet.

i was wondering if i can start seeds now outdoors, and veg till the weather cools(october), then

flower them in my cab?

You'd have to keep them in artificial light of some sort to stop them from trying to flower outdoors. In what region are you located?

The biggest potential problem with this is the risk of pests coming in with the plants. Plus, the days will start to shorten sufficiently in mid August in many places to put the plants into bloom, so you are going to have an extremely short veg cycle.

i am in zone 9a
and trying to get a jump start on my next grow.
