Wow bro, I am dealing with exactly the same problem. I am going to run my sulphur burner tonight. I have been spraying with serenade for the last week. Not everyday but one major soaking and a couple of squirts here and there. Long story short its still there, so I picked up a sulphur burner, I have been trying to get answers for 2 days about using the sulphur burner with serenade. I know that you cannot whatsoever use the sulphur if you have used neem oil. I have not and serenade has no oil's so should be fine. I really hope so. I have a couple of unhealthy plants due to the serenade and the powdered mildew. Leaves are really yellow and the real yellow ones are burnt looks real ugly. Anyway contact me if you find out anything before I burn in about 2 hours.

I've eliminated mine by just putting a PC fan on level with the net pots, I guess it doesn't like moving air.. for future consideration.
