Okay.....sucanat is known as a great alternative for baking and such. I do also realise be sub'd for molasses....but since it looks nearly identical to brown sugar, I thought it would dissolve well (once added the cup of hot water, cooled in the fridge). Then add the oxygenized water (58 F,from pump, not RO).
