I would go RSO for sure. Not sure why make it any more complicated.
I made a tincture of sorts with VG once. I researched about slow cooking in a crock pot for an extended period. I don't think I decarbed first. I just kept it on low or warm for about days and strained.
It seemed to work okay but the VG is too fucking sweet for me and prefer to vape or smoke. I made it about a year ago and actually just threw a bunch of it into some brownies along with cannabutter last night for a party this weekend. Will have to see how potent. Okay, the wifee, whose bday it is and very rarely partakes, ate a small brownie and says they work. But she is a lightweight.
Nonetheless, making a RSO type product with an ethanol base seems your safest best. Pure Medicinal oil that you can use straight or mix down how you please. Easy to make as well.
