Stupidity could be an understatement in this case lol. I mean for christ's sake..getting kicked out of something like the Marine Corps for a legal substance. Who is to blame for the way people view green smokeable herbs, seriously? I bet the people issueing the punishment didn't even research what 'spice' is, the act of smoking something probably made them flip shit on the spot.

Its the government. I am almost positive that DOD policies made it real clear after this. Hopefully these guys don't get hung out to dry.
