Stunted with strange top leaves

Royal Gurilla
FF Ocean Forest
FF Happy Frog
50% perlite
Old Mars Hydro 300w led
Solid ph 7
Run off ph 7

Something strange is going on with this plant. I tried to find an answer online but I must not be putting in the right key words so I am turning to you all.

My other Royal Gurilla has started taking off but this plant is stunted and the top leaves have formed strangely and curl down in itself. Around the root ball is Happy Frog. Ocean Forest is in the rest of the fabric pot.

I should have taken the pic before I watered but I do not think the problem is overwatering. I let the pots get light before I water.

Could it be happening because my humidity is always around 45%? I keep meaning to pick up a humidifier but I keep forgetting when I'm in a store that has them.

Are you bringing that plant outside or is it near an outdoor window ect?

Im going to say this also. A crappy phenotype. Ive had this happen b4. The plant just grows wonky with some leaves that grow oddly. Ive had the same strain growing next to this , treating it the same with no issues..so thays how i came to the conclusion.
This is what i would do... pinch those 2 fan leaves off that look like crap. Tye new growth looks good and symetrical. Let her grow and see if this is still happening as it grows. I have a hunch you might not see this again as it matures.

Out of curiosity I'm tempted to leave the jacked up leaves on and see what it looks like when it matures.
