Stunted Plant Growth Clones (Early Stages) HELP!

Hello,

Right after my clones have rooted, I seem to be having growth issues. They are clones in an aerocloner put into coco solo cups or I use 2" rockwool cubes. They seem fine and green for the most part with a good amount of roots at first but then the head of each plant starts curling in and gets yellow and crispy and dies off??? I only give them PH'd RO water @ first. I also tried giving a light feeding (100ppm) also to see if that would work but it did not. My plants from seeds are stunted also. Not sure what is going on, but I am experiencing very slow growth and then the plants die. I saw a couple gnats flying around so I applied nematodes to the soil. I am not sure if the gnats were/are an issue but I rarely see them flying around (1-2 gnats a day) and hope those nematodes did the job (applied 3 days ago).

Conditions:
Temps (76-81)
Light (315 cmh, 8 ft high)
humidity (55%)
Coco Ph (5.9)

I have never had this issue before and I have cloned and planted seeds a few times so I am stumped at what is going on? Please help!

n the past, I had similar issues when transplanting from a DIY aerocloner into soil, eventually just went back to the good ole dome and rapid rooters/rockwool and have way better success rates. Clones would always root fine in the aerocloner but then die off once I put them into soil


Are you familiar with growing in Coco? What kind of coco are you using? Some coco needs to be washed thoroughly before planting because it can have a high salt content. You may want to try just transplanting into a different media like pro-mix.

Coco coco coco. And cheap LED lights. Involved in most problems on RIU. Or the 2 most frequent issues. I urge all to buy coco and Amazon blurples, try growing with the shit and then get over it. Coco is only around because of the huge volumes of coconut oil being sold. Otherwise nobody would be harvesting coconuts for the husks. It's a byproduct seeking a purpose. Not for inexperienced growers who can't identify most problems on sight. In my humble opinion.

Think he said CMH lights not LED. I agree on the coco part though. Too much to look after using coco.
