Stunted growth...

So these have been growing for about a week now. They havent really moved from this height, Is this normal or have my plants stunted growth? Here are the pic and the list of what im growing, I also have Strawberry Haze and Nevilles haze not pictured I just put them in soil today.

dont think your seedling have stunted growth.
stunted growth is caused by other factors that are not applicacable to your sprouts(in pics).
add some more soil and bury the seedlings as much as you can to reduce the strectched stems.
what lighting are you using and are you going 24/0 or 18/6 for them???????

They might not be stunted at all. They actually look quite perky. If the leaves start to droop, then... Watering with the correct pH'd water is always an easy place to start with troubleshooting.
