Stunted Growth + some. Deficiency?

I am currently having problems with one of my plants. It was said to be a strain of OG. It is currently about 3'8" tall, and (if the pics work) as you can see below looks frickin wierd. I know that a good majority of the problem is heat stress, but I was wondering if there is a deficiency of some sort. I looked through the growfaq, but to me, the noob, it looks like it could be any of those. The buds look really airy and its been a good 8 weeks already.

I am currently using fox farms ocean soil and tigerbloom+molasses. Water every ~2-3 days (very dry here). Grown from a clone of a clone I believe. Any info would be awesome. Thanks!

So if I got some dolomite lime or garden lime that would be the fix for calcium deficiency? And do they carry that kind of stuff at like an Osh or a Home Depot?

Give it some Fiji water, it has traces of Calcium and Magnesium, with a PH of 7.5

haha i would drink all the fiji first if i bought some.

but i did add some calcium to this watering. it was not dolomite lime or anything. just something i bought from the hydro store. about how long does something like that start to take affect? or better yet, how long does it take till i start to notice if its working? haha

thanks mucho

How high are your temps? I really doubt this is a micronutrient deficient problem. Micronutrient problems are also almost NEVER caused by a lack of micronutes in the soil but by PH problems causing lockout. Check your PH and control your temperatures.

the temps used to be pretty bad, but recently (past month) its been quite a bit better, maxing out at around 85 or so but usually around 75-80 for most of the light on period. i know there is a heat problem and am doing my best to remedy before building a cool tube this weekend. but this plant has looked like this for a good 3 weeks now with no change whatsoever, so something is preventing maturity and i looked up calcium and one of the traits is stunted growth. could it be something else hindering the development of the plant?

Your temps are not that bad if they are getting to 85. Like I said before even if this is a calcium problem it is because of something else, most likely a PH problem, or a mobile nutrient like nitrogen causing lockout. Check your soil PH.

airy bud is often caused by high temps, so id say heat stress as you say your temps have been high and maybe a bit over fert, but i would of thought it would have recovered from any heat stress by now as your temps have been more within range the past month or so??

are you using ro water? i wouldnt think its a Ca def unless you are, but if it is a Ca def youl probably have to wait a week or so to see any real improvement from the Ca youve added, but you should definately be seeing more bud for 8wks into 12/12, is it bagseed? is it cal/mag you added? the Mg in cal/mag will probably do some good too, canna uses quite a bit of Mg, but you have to be quite carefull with Mg too much will easily lock out other elements. taking the mylar down and painting the walls matt white will also help keep temps more manabable, mylar reflects light well but also reflects alot of heat back to your plants, i take my diamond sheeting down beginning of summer and it does make a difference, then start using it again when it gets a bit cooler

thanks for all the info yall. ill get to testing the soil PH, and the water is from those water places around town where you bring em 5gal jugs and they fill it up for like 1$. the PH in those is pretty neutral, but i am not sure at all if it has, or lacks any, trace nutes. the temps should be a lot better after this sunday, as we are going to cool tube the hps and move the box into a window-unit-ac'ed garage.

the strain is an OG that was cloned from a previous clone from a dipensary around town. not sure if the genetics are that great, but the next batch of plants should be better bc i got a few different strains from a more reputable dispensary that is known to have top notch cuttings/clones. cant wait! have a g13, a green crack, and something called dogshit (yeah really! haha) waiting in the veg box till we cooltube the flower one.

ill wait for a good week and see if the cal-mag (yes it is a cal-mag suppliment with some iron) helps at all, but if any of the info i have given raises a red flag to any of yall im good for any advise that could come my way. thanks again!
