Stunted groth question? (pics)

This seedling started life outdoors and didnt seem to grow at all after the first week . It was outside for almost 2 months with no growth. I moved it inside under much better conditions and it still didnt seem to grow. 2 weeks later I thought about getting it out of the garden then to my surprise it finally began to grow! Now 18 days inside its looking better. Is this plant going to be OK? What negative effects could I expect in a situation like this?

This is my first grow and this is my biggest, oldest plant, what do you guys think? I just cant beleive how far its come after such a long stunt in growth. Will it be OK?
