Hi! So this is my first grow, i have 3 girls:og kush, barbara kush and widhak 47. Barbara is growing the biggest buds even though it grew streched and with a few lives, og kush was the fluffiest one and has the smallest flowers anf widahk the same but she was already the smallest. My question is have i done something wrong or they are just diffrent and slower?

I noticed most of my bud "swelling" happened after week 4-6 of flowering. Like @Hiphophippo asked, what week are you in? Your fan leaves are still dark green, so they got a while to plump up still. Just before the fans started turning yellow mine about doubled in size, and are still swelling.

Oh sorry I thought i mentioned it. It’s been 4 weeks since I switched to 12/12. Since it’s my first grow I didn’t think something was going bad until i saw how much the first one has developed in like a week and then i started questioning if it should have happened to all

It looks normal for 3 or 4 weeks of flowering, nothing wrong
All of them?:)) this is my question…the first picture is the neglected one that has the big buds and the other 2 photos with the smaller ones which are my concern. Also i couldn’t find in my city a nutrient higher in potassium ffs and i have smth 1-4-6. Is it very bad until i can find something more suiting? I don’t want to order online..

how much light watts you use at the footprint and how is ambient temperature?
Now i have like 800w from a mix with 3 lights(might be more cause one of them is kind of a pink one never saw before and everyone here said to dump it but below it grew the biggest flowers and leaves and seemed so happy may be in my head but…) amd the temp is 25 c

They'll be fine. You shouldn't expect al your plants to develop at the same rate, or even to the same finally product. Each plant is different even if the same strain or cloned from the same plant. They "live" separate lives and develop independently. Think twins, they look similar, but are not the same person.

The pics below are my currents, with the left two being the same strain, but very different bud compositions. Right is different strain and in RDWC, so not fair fight. lol
