Wood chips are not the best thing to use in small containers as some can be rather acidic. That's typically not an issue in an outdoor garden but in a small pot they can change the soil pH. I don't know if that's causing your issue but something to think about.
Oohh OK good to know fr..OK so I can't check pH no meter,is there a secondary method of gauging pH ?? Should I rinse until run off turns clear ?? I'll stop using wood chips asap ..probly dig them off the top too n use pebbles ..thanks for the info ...I had no clue wood chips fukkd my

Could be - I think less is more whatever your approach - give it a bit. You should be measuring PPFD to give yourself an idea of exactly how much light those girls are receiving. I’d say that foot away from the canopy Is likely still too close at this point. I had to get used to having the lights farther away than I wanted when is started using leds
OK I took your advice and moved it to 18 inches ...your right I can always add light but I can't take away light burn ..ty broski

What are the issues?
Well I have minimal experience,so I started with 3 from the middle of the plant to bottom of plant. 1 died too small I think the other 2 doing great but a clear gel formed so I removed it rinsed it and cut off affected parts and just placed directly in soil in a coffee filter and dipp it 3 to 4 times a day. I don't expect them to survive so I just need advice on how to increase my root speed and root rate for the new clones I'll be doing very soon ???

I don’t have a lot of experience with clones but you’d be fine with fluorescent grow bulbs, like T5s or T8s, or an led with a blue spec dimmed allll the way down. Also, my understanding clones taken from the upper parts of a mother will have a greater hormone content and potentially become more vigorous clones

You need more light, a lot more light
I had them about 8 to 10 inches away from the lights n was getting light bleaching on 2 plants so I moved them back to about 18 inches. I can move them back to about 1 ft away ...plus I have 3 mirrors set up on all sides to reflect light back to the plants .... it seemed to work too well lol..I can add more lights but I diddnt due to the light burn that started. I moved them back and they are already getting a dark green color again

Using 9w screw in bulbs, you need to be within 6" or so to provide ample lighting (assuming you've cut off the reflectors)
I don't think its possible for a screw-in LED bulb at 8-10" to cause light burn; they're simply not bright enough.

Do yourself a favor and get a decent grow light, your yield will be minimal using six screw-in LEDs.
Doesn't matter if you nail all the other variables, those lights just don't have enough output.

The mirrors might be part of the problem. They reflect infrared light and can concentrate the light and heat causing hot spots and possibly burn your girls. You might want to check into it. I'm just sharing what I've heard/ read and don't know from personal experience. It seems like a easy variable to test. Take the mirrors out and see what happens. Maybe nothing happens or maybe it totally changes the plants growth.
