Stunned Growth

Well this is my first grow and I keep running into problems. Both of my plants turned really light green so I gave them some nutes and fixed that. Now they're not growing and getting all bunched up.

Any advice?

Y is bunched up a problem? This is how most cfl's make babies grow. If it were me, I'd want the plant to bunch up. Yoiu get tighter buds that way. Your plants look good.

How old are they? I got to say ,they look alright to me.What and how much are you feeding them?

yeah man they look good. how old from seed are they? ive got an indica under cfl's and its bushy as hell. come check it out its my signature. but yeah, yours is fine

I'd say they're about 32 days old and I use protogrow once a week.
