Stump Tea Aerated; Gel Growth On Tube

Alright so a buddy of mine and myself are trying to figure out if it is good or not to have a gel-like substance growing on my airline to my airstone. I got the tea from my hydrostore and then added some of my own mixture and molasses to feed the fungi and bacteria. I would take a picture to put with this post, but i'm on the go to work and am not at the house.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

As long as the tea smells fresh and not dead and decaying you should be alright. Just clean the line and airstone after use or before reuse. There are all sorts of living stuff in the tea, so there is bound to be something binding to that airline and airstone.
