Anyone have STS success with autos.
Let’s face it commercial seed breeders
are obviously successfull,(And I am told they use STS)
Pictures of my Tangie auto attached
Started spraying STS on day 20 1st signs of female flower,
on day 50 male flowers started after 8 applications,,,now at day 75 some appear to be getting close to maturing… I almost gave up on day
50.
I am very curious how the commercial see breeders use STS on autos, and have found absolutely nothing on it.0E317EA5-5CC6-4392-BE4E-3637F8065760.jpeg172E3CC0-80CC-4833-85B5-85513A29F44B.jpegD844FBFD-ACD1-45B4-A2D7-5106ADD3EEDE.jpeg

Besides the timing I would assume it isn't any different than photos, also you didn't have to wait till it started to flower you aren't working with pollen so the sooner the better.

So what type of information are you looking for exactly?

Have you searched here? Googled anything yet?

That may have answered my question, start spraying @ 15 days…
& I have looked & googled different sources it’s pretty scarce on autos.
Possibly the other issue is late flowering vs early flowering autos, the late ones may have more time sir Silver nitrate to absorb into plant cells?
