strongest weed around aparantly

hey guys has any of you tried a ganja called metanuska thunderfuck its from alaska so im guessing it will grow well here too right? and its supposedly 1 of the strongest strains around and it even requires a frost for max yield and potency thank you for your time peace

its good, but not really what i would call "one of the strongest". a lot of breeders say "strongest strain known to man!" haha, but its a keeper.

Yea, i have tried it but only because my friend, his sisters husband is the one that experimented and grew that. Not sure if he created the straing itself, but I know he grew it in alaska and gave me some. Its not the best but its nice.

the actual strain has been long gone for years. the main operation in the matanuska valley was shut down eventually because of busts in anchorage. anyone that has told you thier bud is actual matanuska thunderfuck is misinformed, sadly. but the guy above me is right i've heard people calling the normal homegrown bud that goes around alaska thunderfuck for some reason, but it's just the average fire we get.

i recently purchased some matanuska tundra seeds, the strain is still alive and well, just a little expensive...

O yes it is expensive, I was thinking that the strain had died out because thats what I had heard, however when he had shown me what he was growing it was obvious it hadnt, especially after I smoked it. I am not saying this guy created it, but I do know that a friend of his gave him some seeds and he grew it. Anyways im guessing they named it thunderfuck because of the fact they thought it was so powerful it felt like being fucked by thunder? eh..anyone think that might be it? haha

I believe kindprincess grows MTF. It's her favorite.

my homie just finished some of that and it was alright it definately wasnt the best ive ever had but it was good it didnt have any smell though he said he had an ionizer goin dont know if that would remove all the smell though maybe?

the main reason why its such a strong strain is that in alaska the summer is that the days are super long and the plants get tonnes of light. There they grow to be like 12 feet plus. I wouldn't expect the legendary results unless you're growing them up north

matanuska tundra is not matanuska valley thunderfuck. sag used a male of another strain to make the original cross, and bred back to the mom. sag's is more indica dom than the tf that fdd and mogie and i have...

the strain is not forever gone, just hard to find

I know people that would get seriously mad right now if they read that, kindprincess. that's like calling the seeds like trainwreck that you can buy off cannabis-seeds.uk or whatever as good as the actual strains. you aren't growing legit ATF kindprincess, not unless you invented a time machine and bought clones in the early to mid 90's.

akfire, read my post. i said mtf and sag's mt is NOT the same. o.0

if you look through old posts, you'll see i've explained the origin of my mtf many times. it's not a cut of the original. but it's awful damn close (appearance, structure, smell, taste, ungodly resinous...).

and who's to say that fdd and mogie don't have a cut from a cut of a cut of a cut from the nineties?

no one. imo, this is beyond reasonable debate. no one can prove anything. all we can do is assume. i DO know that the plant fdd grew, the plant i have now, and mogies atf all look like clones of the same plant.

at the end of the day, we have what we have. what i have was gifted to me as mtf, and that's what i'll call it till the day it's culled

Atf and MTF are different strains.Good but not the strongest and G13 was an old government strain refined I belive to become a white plant similar to a white rhino....Strong strains would be things like white rhino,white shark, warlcok and the new lemon skunk is supposed to be real good.
