Stretching plants?

Hi guys trying to figure out why these guys are stretching, I have a hlg550eco turned down to about 250 but the plants seem to be stretching, at least the one on the left front.
Should I drop the light? It’s at about 24 inches from the top of the plants.

Plants are about 3 and a half weeks old from seed now.

Move the light closer if heat allows

What kind of temps are you running? Plants look like they might benefit from some humidity..

Running a humidifier, keeps the tent from 50-60% temps about 75-81

I will try that! Thanks! I was worried about burning them, it’s a large light for such small plants, and I burnt them with a hlg65 when they were smaller.

I'd run it a little higher while in veg if it were me.

Get one of those laser temp meters for like $20. It'll pay for itself just detecting air intrusion into your home, winter and summer. I'm addicted to mine.

I have one, I actually have two. I use it to measure soil and canopy temps
