stretched it out

hi uhh
i had some medical marijuana, living in california its pretty easy to get.
anyways i found a seed while breaking up some weed called forbidden fruit
i germ'd it and once i planted it and got it to sprout i accidentally kept the light too far away and stretched it out pretty far
my friend told me its ruin'd and i should just throw it away but i kinda wanna keep it
its about 3 inches tall and 4 days old

what should i do? its barley getting its first set of leaves, the stem is already by far too long

Just put your pot plant in a deep enough bucket erk whatever else you may have so it is to be filled by up the the plants little leafs at the tip-top and make sure that the leafs are nice and clean afterwords.

dont kill it, this is a simple problem to fix, get some good organic soil for seedlings and fill a bucket with it depending on how big a container they are in nowbut leave a sort of hole in the middle about the size of your current container and just transplant it(or if its too much soil to do that with you can get a spade and very carefully dig out the plant but make sure you dig it up so that the roots are not touched by air or anything, its early so the root system shouldnt be too far along.) and just bury it up to the bottom set of leaves so they are like a cm or two away from soil
