Stressed Clones?

Hello Fellow Growers! I'm having a challenge with cloning. I have clones that always turn purple on the stem and then after a month of growing, the upper stem is green. Is this proper? I'm wondering is there some type of stress my cuttings are experiencing. Please help.

They are stressed from being removed from their roots. pretty traumatic dont you think?

I have a headband clone from my dispensary that is stunted, i am struggling with it right now but it will pull through. its been a week and a half and the roots are still just sitting there. nature will run its course and fix itself.

Cloning is the single most traumatic experience a plant can go through (for the clone not the mother plant). A little superthrive helps.;)
