Strechy new plant help

I only have a few grows under my belt but every time so far I have had a issue with my plants stretching while I germinate them in the jiffy pods. 2 of the 5 sprouted so far and 1 is already stretching pretty bad. I am still fairly new to this and have read and keep reading new articles but the beginning stretch is something I have had a hard time with since I first started. Does anyone from this great community have any pointers for me?

Thanks
Joe

Yeah, this is usually the way to go unless you're running numbers- Keep the bulb within a few inches of the top (max) and it shouldn't stretch as much.
Just be aware some strains stretch like mf'ers at any stage.
Honestly, the cfl will be more efficient than the blurple while also using less energy.
