Stray grow G2 Plasma

Does anyone know or use this light? I have read many plasma threads but most are talking about older lights or other plasma types (I assume) . Or does anyone know of a thread on here talking about this specific light or a grow journal using this light? I am thinking of picking one up for a VERY small tent that would be used for both veg/flower. I like that it only runs at 300 watts because I only have one freaking outlet. Here is the spec's on it
The G2 Plasma Grow Light:
· Color: 5,600K
· CRI: 95
· Average Life: 30,000 Hours
· Input Power: 300 watts
· Input Voltage: 120-277V
· Luxim Light Engine, Light Type Generation 2 G2
· Warranty: 3 years
It is online @ monstergarden

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Will work very well in veg and do ok in flower. From what I have learnt, you can suppliment with a small HPS for ultimate flowering. It does work well by itself, but does not flower as well as HPS. If it is a very small tent, it is a good decision due to its cool operating temps. Dependant on your grow style, you could always supliment with warm / red CFL's for flower as long as penetration is not an issue.

my neighbor might invest in one of these. i will have to show him tomorrow, but it looks like it would be what you need to grow a good crop. expensive as fuck tho at $1,200 wow..i got my digital next gen ballast for 175 for everything bulb and reflector.

i have been interested in seeing some pics of people using this light and see what type of growth they are getting before dropping over a G on it but it would be great to use less power although the 600 watt hps does better you are saving on money because your not running the extra 300watts plus a vent fan also a inlet fan or even using a AC to cool those hids so the efficiency to bud ratio might be the same as the 600w hps.also you save money from not having to buy so many bulbs

I agree. I have been looking things up on this tonight. I have found the greners.com selling the Chameleon grow systems. The website is suspect and I don't know where to check if they are a valid company I should purchase from, their product hasn't been out long. Not only that, it is a rugged looking light that seems any chump (ie me) could put together if they ordered the parts.

Does anyone have information on any of the plasma lights out there? Even Chameleons oldest youtube video is 1 year I think. Their site has a 2007 trademark but I haven't been able to find anything on them concrete.
