Strawberry cough, eaten off at ground level

Plants growing outdoors in wild something small ate trough stem at ground level plant was limp I then put in gallon of water and sprung back to life . How do I get this plant back to where I can replant in the ground ?

Same trail you took when you found it ,probably a hole dug there to mark the spot already . I'd probably pick a different spot though because there is zero grams of mj growing wild in New Hampshire. Especially in mid may .....

Did you plant in "wild"? If so way to early to be in ground in your location. Never plant outside unprotected until memorial day in your area

My guess is rodent of some type seems early for slugs n bugs. I'm ten minutes from nh southern border and I'm getting 38* degrees

Good luck I'm a little jealous wish I could have em in the ground a month ago. And I hate rippers lol
