Strange Yellow spots on leaves (with pics)

I am running ebb&flow using GH nutes, PH around 5.8. Each reservoir gets about 1/2 ounce of hydrogen peroxide every day. GH nutes have PPM's from 500 (seedlings) to about 1400 (full flowering). I am running 12/12 from seed and it has been working well. Lately I have seen yellow spots appearing on leaves and am wondering what it might be. I have looked at the various plant problem guide and haven't found the solution.

I was running GH at 3-2-1 ratio just like I am in flowering. Lately I have switched to a 1-1-1 ratio to increase nitrogen but have not had much time for change. I have posted pictures to show the leaves>

The only time I've had something similar is when my plants got light/sunburn. Have you sprayed the leaves with anything? Have you inspected the leaves for insects?

I would think maybe calcium def or ph off
