Strange (to me) looking leaves - need experienced review please

All of the pix below are of Blackjack (feminized/from Nirvana) about 4 weeks old under a 6 bulb fluoro setup, obviously in soil (Fox Farm ocean) set to about 18 hours on/6 off. Fertilized every other feeding with FoxFarm. No triming, bending, etc has occured. They are about 4.5 inches high.

The 2 pix directly below are are of the same 2 plants just shot from different angles. Both plants shown were started on the same day.

Zoom in on the side and top views (its the same plant) shown below and have a close look. The 2 pix directly below are of the plant on the right (from above pix). See all these sort of tiny twisted leaves up the stem and the sort of mass of potentially funny twisted, "swirling" looking leaves on her top, that's what I am wondering about.

Now look at her sister directly below (it's the girl on the left from the pix at the start of this post). See how 'normal' or different her leaves look compared to the other plant pix directly above. I also have another blackjack growing (no pix shown) that also looks 'normal' like the one below.

The ONLY difference in treatment between the plants I can figure is that the 'funny' plant has been closer to the lights than the others since it grew the faster.

The question is, is there something wrong with the plant that has the 'funny' looking leaves, is it some sort of mutuant, am I doing something wrong (and what/how to fix??) or am I just an inexperienced grower fretting about nothing??

Thanks for the help!!:-P
