Strange Lighting for Accelerated Sexing

I got a little carried away and planted 101 sprouted seeds(whoops) and i got space for about 50 to fit in quart cups i was wondering if i turned the light off for 24 or 48 or 72 hours or try something like a 6/18 or a 4/20 to sex them quicker before they get too big if that would work?

No that won't work. Grow them out til they preflower, or start a 12/12 schedule and start flowering, then go back to veg.
