Looks like it revegged.
You probably put it out too early in the season and it went into flower early

That's the only choice now. It'll straighten up and fly right. You might want to pull off those flowers, though.

I would not pull those flowers off. They should sprout and become a bush.
I put seeds in New Years Eve. Veg-Sex-REveg and put outside June 1.
