Not really...the range of environmental conditions under which PM can continue to live/grow are a lot broader than the conditions it needs to germinate. Once it germinates and starts growing, it will continue even after your environment is dialed in.Once it gets on a plant can it just go away on its own if the environment is dialed in?
I'm gonna second (third?) the recommendation to get your environment in check first and foremost. Mold/mildew spores are everywhere, but they can only germinate if conditions are right. Conditions to avoid are: high humidity (over 70%), large swings in temps and humidity, and areas/pockets with little to no air movement, where humidity can build up. If you don't correct the environmental conditions that allowed it to germinate, it's just gonna come back.
Once you get the environmental factors under control, then get rid of all the major sources of spores (i.e. other plants with mildew). You might be able to save them by just removing all the affected leaves/stems, but if it were me I'd be thinking about taking cuttings from leaves/stems with no mildew and starting with a clean slate, at least on the plants that already have it...
