what is the best indica strain for helping one sleep? been doing a lot of research and can't really find anything except for just indica's.

purple kush is very sought after (but only comes in clone form no seeds).

It seems that the purple strains that arent crossed with a sativa work really good for relaxing and sleeping. Maybe give them a try
