Strain identification

I have a strain, and i have NO CLUE what it is. I got it from my father in-laws dirt weed. Anyways, i know that most shwag you get is from being bricked up for a long time, and just drying out and shit like that. At one point in time it could have been amazing shit right?? I think no matter what seed you get, if you grow it right, its gonna give nice bud, am i wrong? anyways i have these going, and i know theyre dominantly sativa, maybe 10-20% indica at the very most from seeing the plants hes growing. But if someone could help me out, ill send a pic to your email or post it on here... its only hitting the veg stage right now, so its pretty much impossible to tell what it is... but if anyone wants to answer if i was wrong about the seeds from dirt weed, please feel free!! I need to hear it from someone! thanks alot!

The most you will be able to really do is tell how sativa or indica it is. Yes, there are strains that are more potent than others. If you grow bagseed right it will still be dank.
