Strain for good laugh and strain for workout?

Hey guys,

Looking for a specific strains that I can either purchase at the local dispensary or cultivate myself.
Basically I want a nice/light strain that uplift you and gives you good laugh without horrible cravings. Second strain is something that in small quantity would give me a good physical uplift and energize me for a workout.

If you want a "good physical uplift" before you work out just drink coffee or buy some pre workout lol

Tried that. Just get jitters and hand tremors. That is why I am asking for strain , hoping someone knows from personal experience.

Find a nice sativa dominant, they are usually more motivational, uplifting and euphoric...pure Indica's put you to sleep from my experience...

Damn, I have two strains that cover this to the "T". HPK (Hollywood Pure Kush/Topanga Pure Kush) is great for hanging out and watching a funny movie with friends, or just plain "giggles". My "Bentley" OG (not sure which cut it really is, but it's old school) is a motivational energetic head high.

You might be able to find the HPK at a dispensary, the "Bentley" would be through a process of elimination, which means you'll probably never find it. Smells of OG fuel and Lemon pledge.

I like Sterling Haze for daytime. Try any sativa dominant with haze in the name for working out. Be careful of any named Kush as they are indica dominant strains. Kush can be fun and social but may also make you sleepy.

I like jilly bean, its a TGA strain very tasty but with a nice uppy high that isnt too strong, perfect for workouts.

At the moment I use Tangerine peel. Speedy

You'll want a sativa dominant for both, a lot more sativa for giggles and a sativa leaning hybrid but still with a fair bit of indica for working out so you get a lot of the muscle and pain relief which may let you work out longer or just let you feel more comfortable after working out but still with that sativa kick to make you want to work out and be energetic without making you just want to sit down and do nothing

personally i'd go with something like a c99 or sour d for giggles and maybe sour d again for working out or a sativa leaning og kush, however if you're buying seeds of a strain like og kush there are a few from breeders like dinafem that are usually a lot more indica and more sleepy leaning

another option is if you find a really giggly and energetic sativa you like and if you find a really body muscle relaxing indica you like you can just take both of those together for working out so you get the best of both. Personally i don't really like hybrid strains for some reason, when I want both effects i usually find a sativa i like and an indica i like and smoke both together to be somewhere in the middle. I find the effects more pronounced and interesting that way

I would love to know which dispensary is releasing the HPK. Ive never seen the cut in any club. It floats around a bit but is still on the down low as far as I know. I finally got a cut I'm pretty sure is legit.

And for fuely pledge the Triangle Kush has been making the rounds. I know the one All Star clones vends has a spot on pledge smell that really amazed me.

Do you got a pic of your HPK? Maybe a fan leaf. I'm trying to determine if I got the real deal still. Smells are very promising so far.
