Stout Mutant Problem? w/ pics

I this grow from germ, and it vegd for ~ a month but its only ~ 4 inches tall. look at the pics, and you'll c what my problem is...

it just looks a bit small for an already flowering, after a long veg...

looks like you got the dreaded dwarf gene. Kinda funny to see though.

What kind of lights did you use, if you used good lighting its probably just a cannabis ruderalis dominant Plant
