Storing soil for a long time.

So I just finished my first plant not too long ago and now I wanna do a full closet. The soil is mixed and has been cooking for about a month now but I got a job offer to fight forest fires all summer and that soil will have to sit till at least the end of august. My base mix is two parts groundkeepers organic soil and one part worm castings. For every gallon of soil I put in a little less than one tbsp bat guano, one and a half tbsp of bone meal, same for blood meal, one tbsp of dolomite lime, and about 6 handfuls of steer manure. Got almost enough soil to fill up a bathtub.

How should I go about storing it and adding more ingredients it to keep the soil alive? Is there an ingredient you think is essential for my mix? I've looked at a few soil recipes but its hard to find some ingredients.

It will keep just fine, although it may be helpful to keep it slightly damp. You could add some compost and worms to slowly process while you are gone.

As far as other great amendmets you could add, diatomaceous earth, pumice, kelp meal, clay/azomite/rock dust, alfalfa meal, neem meal, crab shell meal

I mixed super soil last October and didn't use it until march this year due to space and time restrictions but it seems great less chance of being a bit too hot but I noticed I need to top dress in flower or I hit N deficiency but you can also use some compost teas to fight deficiency and keep the soil mix lightly amended just my experience happy growing brother !!

yea, one of the many problems with the supersoil, most of the nitrogen inputs are VERY water soluble so you end up watering them out.

Thanks for the info fellas. I know where to find diatomaceous earth but I dont know where to find the other key ingredients. I've read that my best bet would be the feed store but I couldnt find any of that there.
