stopped flowering? 9th week help?

As some of you may know I have a sativa in the 9th week of flowering but i haven't seen any changes at all for the past 2 weeks.

Nothing, not getting fatter buds or anything, just like it stopped growing.

Is this normal?
I haven't altered any of the growing conditions, same 12 hours of lighting, no light leaks during dark period, same nutes, everything,

Any Ideas?

some sativa strains can tade 14 - 16 weeks to flower - esp. the Haze varieties.

Having said that it should be doing something - what variety is it and are you feeding it any nutes - if so what and how much?

Also what lighting is it under and wh at type of bulb?

4 - 42watt cfl's (150watt equiv) in 2 silver hoods with bulb splitters so there are 2 bulbs in each dome.

Miracle grow bloom booster (15-30-15) fertalizer. I give it a little dose like every other or every 3rd day.

She was doing great, but the past 2 weeks, nothing, no changes at all.
