nirvana stole my $27~ they said they would refund, or replace seeds.
they never did.

i followed their instructions on contacting them but they refuse to reply!!
wtf

i have bothered them several times and its been many many months WTF NIRVANA.

i bought PurePowerPlant no seeds sprouted, and i tried various methods that always work for me. and i have read multiple other complaints about the PPP never sprouting. they were all duds, and probably 7+ years old. i have bought from nirvana a few times times. this is so frustrating.

why the hell am i getting this treatment. i paid for a product and then they ran off and wont reply. i just want some f***ing replacements already. wtf
 
ive never had a customer service issue with nirvana. Remember, if youre in the states (US) that theyre 8 hours ahead. give or take
an hour or two depending where youre at. I had a seed issue and wrote them about it. it took them 3 days to respond
but got a free 10 seed order a week later.
 
i must be doing something wrong obviously. i dont hate nirvana, but if they do this crap again im done with em. i just want my refund already. i will try and e-mail them again. hope this works haha you now. the 11th e-mail should do the trick. and with any luck they will let me get another strain i've been eying; kaya gold. they say it can take the climates rough weather like no other, well compared to everything else....

i wouldnt say youre doing it wrong. But they are most likely swamped with putting seeds out etc. give it some time buddy :)
but yeah i agree, 11th is the charm. lol
 
oh no i used gypsy, that's a bad thing im sure. F*** im retarded that's why my e-mail isn't recognized.

well i guess i have been e-mailing em both. i've only bothered gypsy nirvana 4 times. :/ its been a few months since i tried messaging them. i will try to contact GYPSY nirvana right now, stay tuned for more of the wild goose chase
 
i havent used gypsy in a few years. that all i used to use back when their website was called seedsdirect.to. my buddy used nirvana shop recently and he got males from feminized and they sent him new ones. gypsy nirvana is the real one and original. back in the day the laws were different and their boutique was and is in amsterdam, their mailing address was in london, england and their site was based in toronto, canada. thats how they got around everything back then.

recently I've heard from a few people that they have had problems with gypsy. which they are one of the oldest seed boutiques around so i don't understand that. thats just bad business.. word of mouth gets around quick. especially on here.


my other friends and me recently have been using the Attitude Seed bank. they have everything

i've used gypsy nirvana, aka seed boutique and always get my gear.. sometimes not the speediest of deliveries, but still get what i paid for..

they e-mailed me back!! i don't even care if i don't get my stuff back, I'm just grateful they contacted me. looks like they're keeping me as a loyal customer. go gypsy nirvana!
