Stitch Secret Cross Test Grow

Hey all ive been keeping a journal on AFN for Stitch as he asked me to do a test grow with some new genetics. A secret cross, Im currently on day 20 ill post a few pics from earlier on and the most recent.

Im growing in a homemade mix of fox farms organic soil with 15% bat guano and 5% hydroton.
currently running a 250mh and a 250hps hopefully flowering under the 250mh a 600mh (just need to find a ballast) and a 200w t5 from hydrofarm.
on my first full feeding of 6ml of ionic grow, 3ml of hygrozyme.
next watering will be with plain ph'd water with 2 tablespoons of blackstrap molasses.

Any tips or suggestions are welcome :leaf:

I come bearing good news from the garden gnomes

. Pre flowers ahve appeared and she is healthy as an ox in my eyes. Giving her a molasses feed tomorrow about 2l ph'd hopefully to 6.0.

Then the following day feed her a 80% (4ml) ionic and 2 tablespoons of molasses.

Any suggestions on a good flowering nute base? i have a few hydro nutes but not sure how that would work.

Bump..

Any thoughts on a flowering nute to add here? let me know what you think and/or if there is anything that should be fixed or moved around.

Will be switching the 2 lights so the hps is on top now and hopefully switching it to a 600w hps soon while keeping the 250w mh and adding the 200w t5 mixed spectrum. so nearly 1000w :-P

would anyone suggest putting in a scrog screen now? Still not sure which flower nute to invest in any input would be great.

Someone did a scrog on his dutch passion think different auto on here, think it was taviddude. Search for that? Not sure bout teh hydro nutes, u should ask in teh organics forum they know everything bout it. If they are pure chem nutes and not organics then don't add them to ur soil coz they say it will destroy most ur bacteria. Stick with just ur soil i guess and water in soil bacteria (white widow has alot of good reviews) and those mollases ur using. Thats my plan for my next grow anyways, kinda fucked my present 'organics' but learnt what i need for next time off the organics forum :leaf:

Another update for day 25, shes really startin to stretch now. She is starting to flower now with new pistols showing daily. still feeding at full strength veg nutes but will be doing a 50/50 veg bloom and add a few tablespoons of molasses. with a plain water feed in between nute feeds. will be lowering my ph to 5.8-6 to get better uptake of some nutrients after 2-4 feeds i will resume with the normal 6.3 -6.8 range.

will be turning on the t5 this week as bloom continues to progress and still working on the 600w ballast to add the 600hps also.

Hopefully have biobloom as my flower nute, seen some good results with their gear.

is this cross gonna be available to buy ever? Or is is jus some random cross? ANd tha autoxtreme on the other thread u posted in, what light schedule u have that on from seed? And when did it start to flower? U done a smoke report? :leaf:

it was from another member on AFN, its possible it will be avaliable to buy in the future but as far as I know the strain is still in the testing stages. Stitch just released 2 new medical autos that will be in stores soon. I believe the light schedule was 20/4 all the way through, not sure if he did a smoke report its probably still curing.

Day 26

Hey guys back for another small update. she responded great to some super cropping earlier in the week. Yesterday morning I pruned 2 big fan leaves that were blocking a few tops. Tomorrow moring I will probably take 2-4 lower fan leaves to open up the cannopy a little more.

Anyone think its to late to start a scrog?

Very excited about this lady and how shes doing, I have a goal in mind for a yield

but ill wait a week or to to say.

Also here is a pic of a personal run of casey jones wax. about 4-5gs in and .8 out, finally got my micro gpen filled and have been puffin away since. Cant wait to run some Secret Cross

Stitch said the same thing the other day, I figured a few fan leaves wouldnt hurt like I said it was only like 5 leaves total, just enough to open up the canopy. I just bought a dslr camera so my photos will be much better through harvest bongsmilie

Day 29

Temps are up a little bit to around 85-90 rh is still at 25-30, she is a few days into flower and shooting pistols out in every direction.

Also decided to take quite a few more pics tonight with the new camera, let me know what you think

right now I have a 250w HPS on the side hanging, a 250w MH also there is a 4ft tf mixed spectrum on the other side of her. Might be getting a 600w hps to swap out the 250 to finish her out. So around 700w right now and hoping to finish with just over 1000w of mixed spectrum

So today is day 32 from first green. Since this is my first auto I am very suprised about its rapid growth, and with no topping or fimming its greta how much it has bushed. Temps have cooled down to 78-82 and rh is up just above 30%.
