I have a few that have found ther way on to the plants in my indoor grow. Spraying with Athena IPM or lost coast does absolutely nothing. Any suggestions?

Grab them by the antennae and throw them out.

They are busy dying whilst wandering around like old people with a bucket list. They aren't feeding on your plants and a vacuum cleaner works great for removing them (if you don't mind a little stink!).
