what kind of lights are you using man, you might just need some more juice. Or some nutrients, to get them to fatten up.

bro you need more lumnes per sq ft....how many bulbs you using?

you can get a 250watt mh set up for like $50 on ebay

i have 6 23w 2700k cfls 2 inch away and 1 is a 46w 2700k

I dunno man with that some amount of cash you can get 150W HPS, and HPSs are the undisputed best when it comes to flowering.

I don't think there is anything wrong with what your doing your bud still looks nice, it's just you need more juice for higher quantity and quality dope.
