Lil frustrated

HEY EXPERTS
Novice here
Got 5 gallon bucket system with rocks clay, using b cuzz growth <1/0/.7> about 3 weeks in.Temp usually between 75-78 humidyt 60-70 My ph is sending me crazy i start day out on 5.8 get home its at 8 i readjust using vinegar. For one is vinegar ok, and me adding to solution on daily basis would it eventually affect the plant? Here another thing coming from soil im usually ready to flower at 15 day mark meaning i usually have a 8 inch plant with huge fan leaves but my baby superskunk by the way seems to be moving alot slower i will post picks later but based on the information given what am i missing// was thinking micro nuts maybe deficiency of some sort. please help ill post pics​

Did you rinse your hydroton really well before using it? The dust can cause PH fluctuation if it's still coming off.

Shouldn't use vinegar, it'll bung up your res quick, get some PH down, it's cheap.

Appreciate the help its a lil lonely sometimes but pulled her out the system last nite she had root rot // I think your right, I didnt desinfect system// rinse correctly and will stop using the vinegar. gonna start over, im gonna read up on it but any recommendations on cleaning system before use // and recommendations on preventing rot heard hydrogen peroxide was good// lastly was reading on ph and in most cases the fluctuation is normal but i think mines is extreme, and i think still dust from rock so when rectified is my ph gonna be at stable point or should i still expect small fluctuation compared to the one i was havin, thru several points in a day 5.8-7.3
