The leaf structure has that over-watered or under-oxygenated look. Given your medium I would probably rule out over watering unless you are doing something funky. So that would be more suggestive of a root problem to me. Any way to take a peak at your roots?

I have it in smart pots I can't see the roots

a scoop of great white??
also certain strains like a humidity drop in flower. more a 40-50% i know that can cuase that droppy canopy. or over water, insuffiencet draingage. I personally HATE smart pots, especially in conjunction with a bottled nutrient regimine. This goes against what alot fo people say and but I think the fabirc smart pots structure changes how the roots are fed. IDK something about synthetic soil grows and fabric dont mix for me.

Have you plucked one of those leaves with the edges curling up and looked on the underside of the leave with a microscope? I bet you see crawlies. 200x microscope will give you a better idea of what you are dealing with. IMO you are seeing the effects of pest toxins making your plant sick.

You are getting the infamous "too much P" problem in bloom beginning to take hold for one thing!

Drop the D-G Bloom, the P is to high for Cannabis this early in blooming.
With that in mind. How often do you water and how much by volume? How many of those are feedings? How big are those pots?
More on this after answers.

For the droopy look.
How dry does the media get before you water?
Fabric pots eh....Do you let them uptake any run off, before dumping the catch tray?
What are the area temps, day and night? The RH?

More answers after your answers.

I see mg def in some photos showing yellowing between the veins. All the photos seem to show the leaves curling/rolling over showing their underside. I think I've seen that as a sign of early mg def. (Think I've read the same.). I'd feed 1tsp/gal epsom salt. (Unless there's something else happening like feeding too much calmag and causing a lockout of mg.).
