Still a few days left?

Ha thanks! I finally waited 3 more weeks (chopped august 23) as the trichomes didn't want to turn more milky. After contacting the breeder, he told me that he counts the flowering weeks from the moment he switches to 12/12. So I was 3 weeks late but still no more milky or amber trichs. I hope my next grow will be easier to recognize when to chop!

NEVER count weeks after flip ....

It takes a bit ( sometimes a couple weeks ) just to CHANGE GEARS to ACTUAL FLOWER. True flowering happens AFTER final stretch and slow down...... Buds are set and are forming .

Take ALL breeder claims with a grain of salt. Most of their claims are from controlled strain refining grows not like the average guys environment.
You will find that running past said harvest times , you actually get better matured buds . They take as long as they take .... regardless what they say on paper.

Oh, that's good to know, thanks!

I chopped them after 12 1/2 weeks (from 12/12). Let's say they began budding after 2 weeks (I didn't write it down, unfortunately), then I chooped them after 10 1/2 week. Breeder stated 8-9 weeks, so I still was 1 1/2 weeks late after begin of budding. Bizarrely, the trichomes of the colas didn't change for the last 2-3 weeks, stayed mostly clear and milky with a few ambers here and there. Only the buds from the bottom sites continued to mature. I didn't want the colas to degrade, so I pulled the plug. I will try a new strain next to compare the maturation process.

So you think I could've waited some more?
