Ok here we go. Just finished my box and ive got my seedlings 3 days old now. There under the 2-1 ratio of 6500k and 2700k for veg right now ( 4 6500k's and 2 2700k's ) all 100 watt equiv's of 23 watts.I have big 300 watt equivs at 65 watts of 2700k for flowering. ill do the opposite for flowering but i read and heard that mixing the spectrum is good, Keeping it predominantly 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower. Any thoughts?I've got 2 exhausts and 1 intake ( not passive ) so thats a total of 3 PC fans I used. Also have a mini fan inside. I had alittle bit of a hard time lightproofing my fans but I figured out a way to drastically reduce it atleast. Theres still a tinyyy bit of light leak comming from them but all i needed was that you couldnt see any light comming from my closet, which is what i achieved. Its a very minimal amount and you would have to be looking for it.
Lights are on 24/0 right now. once in the pots im going to put it to 18/6. any comments?
Its going to be big enough in there for probably 2-3 girls?? I'm using the root riot cubes which are working wonders. once they get a bit bigger im popping them into some smart pots using a coco medium with coco A + B nutes.
Thinking about trying either SCROG or LST? any suggestions?
The whole operation is virtually silent! cant hear it at all expecially when my ceiling fan is going.
Temperature varies from high 70's (7
to around 86.
