Ripac will be having a press confrence on compassion centers reasons for existing. The goverment cant find anything better to do than bone sick people I guess.

I have been watching with great interest what is happening in RI. We could face the same thing here in ME. One wonders what ever happened to this memorandum, issued by the Obama DOJ in 2009:
