starting seeds under 200 w led with both vegging and flower switch on ok ??

I'm pretty sure what OP is saying is that he doesn't have space for a veg room, and he only has what he has for light.

So I'm saying throw them under what you have, because no matter what, once they hit the sun, they'll want to be 'hardened-off'.

Well if using soil and want max yield Id suggest Lucas Formula and SCROG.

Yes mate. Lucas Formula. Youll need to calculate how much you'll need for the whole grow.
Also for max yield Id suggest going SCROG.

Do a bit of research Lucas works well. I am using it for my Hydro grow and my soil mothers for my clones.
