Starting plants indoors need light help

WHAT IS A CHEAP WAY I CAN START 8 PLANTS INDOORS FOR THE FIRST MONTH. AS IN A LIGHT, DOES FLEURESCENT TUBES WORK? REGULAR LIGHT BULBS? I NEED TO KNOW WHATS AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE BUT WILL DO THE JOB, ALSO, ANY OTHER TIPS WHEN IM STARTING A PLANT INDOORS?:leaf:GOT 4 PPP 3 PURPLE #1 AND BURMESE KUSH

the only tip I can give is to make the investment,and buy something like a t5 unit,you'll be sadly disappointed in a grow that you used sub-par lights on,the plants will be scraggly,and the yield low.

U can use t12 bulbs the 40 watt daylight tube flourescents to start the plants of. So like the first two or three weeks then u must upgrade to a better light or ur going to yeild no where near what u can with a hps or metal halide.Another option is using cfls like maybe a pixture with three output sockets and screw in three daylight 26 or higher watt cfls. use some sort of reflector to not waste limited light

Nope.Grab a couple of 4' sets of flouros to get you going,they're pretty cheap,and always usable as a light source,but for 8 plants,tou'll eventually want to look into some T5 lights,or an HID of either variety,though you'll get better use from HPS,and grow with those.Good bud takes time and money to grow....
