starting over

my first grow from bagseed didn't work so well. i didn't have any help, just researched and thought i could do it on my own. from what i can gather the soil i used ruined it, used one with a time release fertilizer.
now i am starting over fresh with some seeeds from nirvana. got the indoor mix, so i have no way of knowing whats what.
i'm just asking for a little guidance right now. i'm only growing two plants at a time in two rubbermaids stacked on top of each other. would 4 26w cfls be enough or do i need more? was also wondering what soil i should go with this time? this is just for the beginning of the process i know i will have to switch it up when it comes time to flower them.
also since i am going to have a few extra seeds until i can get these growing, what should i do to store them? is it safe to throw 'em in the freezer because i heard that can kill seeds?

thanks in advance for any and all help guys

get as many cfls as posiable 4 26w wont take u very far. as for soil anything organic is good. an how big are the rubber maids, idk if haveing 2 in 1 is a good idea they could get tangeled. an for storing the seeds just keep in a jar seeds can last for a long while. hope i helped u out
